We at BUDGET BEDS are committed to keep our price as low as possible. Best price guarantee means that if you find a competitor's lower price on the same stocked item we'll beat it by 10%. This doesn't include trade or wholesale quotes , reduced to clear items , stock clearance and defected items. When you see a percentage (%) off on the prices , this means Percentages (%) are off the normal ticketed price. Tickets price is our recommended retail price on the basis of similar specs prices are being sold at other stores and in market. Please bear in mind that different brands may have different prices on the same specs on the basis of their company's price structure and policies.
If you notice any wrong price mentioned on any of our products or have any concern or question, please let us know and we'll fix it as soon as possible. It may happen some time due to technical glitch on website also. We price our products on the basis of our purchase prices , stock level and condition of goods. BUDGET BEDS reserve the rights to change prices without any prior notice. All prices shown on website are after discount unless there is special promotion ( for example - provide a voucher code / no ) to get a specific / special discount.
We some time run special promotions such as In-Store Specials which means those prices are valid for In-Store purchase only and similar there are promotions for website purchase only , which means those specials prices can be obtained when you purchase online only.

The proof of the identical product must be shown and documented prior to the sale. Our offer to beat an advertisement price is made, subject to the following terms and conditions. Written quote must be on a proper from issued by Store selling exactly same product. We do not accept prices shown on other store's website.
If the customer provides a copy of a catalogue, an advertisement broadcast on commercial radio, cover printouts/snapshots of competitors online web pages, telecast on commercial television or published in a daily newspaper (other than in the classified section) by a local competitor (within New Zealand) by which the competitor offered the unconditional sale and immediate delivery to the public of a product identical to the relevant product for an unconditional advertised cash price, which is less than the price offered by BUDGET BEDS for the relevant product after all allowances, rebates and discounts, then BUDGET BEDS at the store’s discretion will beat the advertised price. The offer to beat the competitors price cannot be accepted by a customer: (a) more than once in relation to a relevant purchase; or (b) if the competitor price is conditional, or a price determined after the allowance of any amount for, or is part of a promotion involving, financing, delivery, rebates, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, trade discount, stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion; or (c) if the customer cannot prove to the reasonable satisfaction of BUDGET BEDS that the competitor could, on the date of the relevant purchase, supply the competitor product to the customer out of stock on hand of the competitor at the retail premises or warehouse of the competitor.
Furthermore, BUDGET BEDS will not accept proof of competitor prices after the sale has taken place or later, regardless if the item/s purchased are pending or awaiting delivery. BUDGET BEDS will not offer a reduction or change in price, or any alteration to the transaction in the unlikely event a customer finds a lower price at a competitor after their purchase time and date. Any subsequent change or cancellation of purchase will adhere to the standard BUDGET BEDS cancellation and refund policies and will be subject to standard cancellation fees and terms which may cost customer some surcharge (Admin & Handling)
