During a really difficult and financially stressful time, my brothers and I were in urgent need of two good quality beds but on a tight budget. Naren went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he guide us with genuine care and understanding, but he also made sure we found the best beds within our price range without compromising on quality.
The service we received was simply outstanding, Naren treated me with respect and kindness throughout the process, and it honestly meant the world to us.

Excellent service and value. The owners are very knowledgeable kind and helpful but not pushy. I bought a new mattress for myself and then returned to help my eldely mother make a purchase of an automated bed--something that she was quite anxious about because of cost. We got a great deal and her bed was installed today. The delivery and assembly guys are great too. They put together my mother's bed and then brought her old bed to me on the other side of town so my daughter can upgrade. If you need a bed, please go see these guys.

Specially made to size and it is perfect

Ordered a queen base and queen bed + base from Budget Beds. They always provide amazing customer service. I've ordered a mattress before with no hassles, and this order was the same, a smooth process. Great people who never disappoint! Will stay a loyal customer.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish

From the very first phone call, Sari was incredibly friendly and professional. I explained what I needed over the phone, and she took care of everything so thoroughly that I did not have to waste any time at all. She had everything prepared perfectly and even followed through with excellent after sales service, which I truly appreciate.

Despite the name Budget Beds, the quality is anything but budget. At first, I planned to purchase purely over the phone, but I decided to visit and check the mattress in person just in case. I was genuinely surprised by how good the quality was. It exceeded my expectations by a long way.

What stood out the most was how Sari and her husband treated me. They cared from beginning to end as if it were their own business or personal matter. Every step was handled with kindness, patience, and real attention to detail.

Happy to say we received our 2 custom built headboards and they are absolutely beautiful and of the highest standard. Solid base standing on the floor, not the usual flimsy poles. The upholstery depth a lovely 12cm and wings 22cm wide. The upholstery was done with exeptional skill with the deep buttoning headboard and panel headboard made to perfection. Highly recommend Sari and Naren for quality, well priced, headboards and fabrics. Compliments to your upholsterers!

Excellent place if you are in the market for a new and quality bed. We went there few weeks ago for a queen gaslift bed. We happily chose a bed but the salesperson advised to check if single piece bed would fit through the corridor of our house and boy I am so glad I checked it because it wouldn’t have fit in there. She advised to get split queen bed which is now nicely placed in the room.
The gas loft functionality is absolutely amazing. I now have extra space available.
Very happy with the purchase.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.
There is enough car parking available.

We were looking for a normal bed base. While in store Amit demonstrated a bed with plenty of storage in it. The lid was controlled by an electric mechanism. Quite easy to operate. We found this product quite useful and ended up buying. Good customer skills.
