• Production Lead Time - Generally 2.5–3 weeks. Custom-made production may take 2–3 weeks or longer depending on fabric stock availability.
• Warranty - 5-year return-to-base warranty for workmanship (excludes physical damage).

Warranty, Returns, Change of Mind Policy

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt excluding customized orders.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% fee will apply to the item cost for all returns.
