We do our level best to meet your expectations but in some unlikely events things may go wrong and we would like to work with you to solve the problems. We highly recommend to read below about our return / refund policy.
Change of Mind - Please choose your product carefully as we do not offer any refund / returns if you change your mind.
Trial - We do not provide any trials of any products.
Returns accepted - If we have accepted a return of product ( Unused / unopened & in original packaging ) , There will be a charge minimum 20% of total price you have paid. Which covers our admin , restocking , handling and other charges (such as time sales person spent with you)
Freight for Returns: RTB (Return to Base) Please note all warranties / replacement are subject to return to base which means It's the customer's responsibility to send / bring product to our warehouse / store at their own expenses.
Product inspection: If we agree to inspect products for fault we only do this for the Auckland Metro area only. We don't have any service out of the Auckland area for inspection. If you have purchased any product from outside of Auckland , Its your responsibility to bring / send to us and We'll provide remedy which can be repair or replacement.
When receiving delivery of your goods.
- As for peace of mind , we request all customers to sign when they receive delivery. If signature is not possible , Customers are requested to send a text message to confirm they have received delivery. Driver may take a photo as proof of delivery.
- If you have someone who is receiving delivery on your behalf. We would need their name before we dispatch. They need to sign the delivery receipt when they receive delivery.
- Usually all goods are dispatched after careful inspection. Should any item get damaged in transportation or you receive any item damaged Please let freight people upon receiving goods. Doing this will help us to make a claim for damaged items during transportation. We don't guarantee any claim for items which has been received and signed by customer / receiver on customer's behalf
- We'll notify the freight company about this and submit a claim. Please be aware Claim process sometimes may take longer (depending upon company and situation) but we'll keep you posted about progress.
Item too big If the product you have purchased is not going through your door / hall way (It may be too big / too wide) , Please note if we agree to exchange with another one , Customer will have to bear cost to return goods (In original condition) and Pay redeliver and difference in the sale price of new product purchased. For example if you bought a Queen Base but it is not going through your Door / Passage and You decide to buy a Split Queen Bed Base. We are happy to do this for you. You will pay difference of price + charges to bring base back and delivery charges to your delivery address.
Due to Hygiene reasons We have a Strict Policy - No returns / exchange / refunds for Mattresses , Toppers
No Exchange / returns of any custom made products such as Custom Headboard / Bed Base etc.
