Compressed, rolled, and boxed for easy carrying — it fits through any doorway and unrolls in minutes onto your existing base, frame, or slats.

Heads Up

Come try it in-store at Budget Beds before you buy. When you unbox your mattress, take it slow — use scissors (not a blade) to cut away the outer wrap, keeping the blade away from the mattress surface. Any accidental cuts or damage during unboxing aren't covered under warranty or returns, so a little care at this step goes a long way.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Mattresses and Bed Bases: 5 to 7 working days (Auckland).
• Mattresses and Bed Bases: Call on 0800 201 301 to know the timeline. (Nationwide).
• Headboards: Up to 2 to 3 weeks.
• Drawer Bed Bases: Up to 10 working days.
• Custom Orders: 2.5 to 3 weeks, depending on modifications and fabric availability.

Warranty, Returns, Change of Mind Policy

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt excluding customized orders.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% fee will apply to the item cost for all returns.
• Customer Responsibility: Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders are not eligible for returns.
• Applicability: The return policy applies only to standard online products.
