Since this is NZ Made Mattress, it can be customized. The image shown is a Split Super King Mattress with a zipper to connect. Individually, this makes two Long Single Beds when needed. The Bed Base shown is with Drawers but the online price is with Standard Bed Base (no drawers) in black color fabric.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Mattresses and Bed Bases: 5 to 7 working days (Auckland).
• Mattresses and Bed Bases: Call on 0800 201 301 to know the timeline. (Nationwide).
• Headboards: Up to 2 to 3 weeks.
• Drawer Bed Bases: Up to 10 working days.
• Custom Orders: 2.5 to 3 weeks, depending on modifications and fabric availability.

Warranty, Returns, Change of Mind Policy

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt excluding customized orders.

• Restocking Fee: A 25% fee will apply to the item cost for all returns.
• Customer Responsibility: Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders are not eligible for returns.
• Applicability: The return policy applies only to standard online products.
